How much does scuba diving in Pattaya cost?

Copperband’s advertised prices are THB 3,300 for one introductory dive plus snorkelling, THB 3,900 for two introductory dives, THB 2,900 for two certified fun dives and THB 3,900 for three certified fun dives. PADI Open Water is THB 14,500. Choose the programme suited to your qualification; the THB 900 website diving deposit per person is credited towards its price.

Which Pattaya diving course should I choose?

Choose Open Water for your first scuba certification, Advanced Open Water to build on an existing qualification, or Rescue and specialty courses for specific skills. Choose by experience, rather than price alone

If you have never dived, start with an introductory experience or the Open Water course. If you are already certified, choose guided fun dives or a multi-day package. Advanced, Rescue and specialty training develop different skills; send your current qualification so the team can help you choose an appropriate next step.

Use your current experience to choose the right route

If you have never been certified, start with Try Diving or the PADI Open Water course. A supervised introductory day lets you experience scuba; Open Water provides the knowledge and practical training for your first qualification. Being comfortable snorkelling or having tried scuba once does not replace that qualification.

Already certified? Choose a fun-diving day, a multi-dive holiday package or a course that develops a specific skill. Your last-dive date matters as well as the name on your certification card. A returning diver may benefit from a refresher before choosing a new environment or adding several training activities.

Advanced Open Water introduces further activities, Rescue develops awareness and response, and specialties focus on subjects such as buoyancy, nitrox or wreck diving. Divemaster is a professional training route with additional eligibility requirements. The links below give the price and practical detail for each option so you can compare like with like.

A Pattaya diving holiday with independent room dates

Pattaya can be a base for a single boat day, a first certification or a longer programme. Regular trips use Bali Hai Pier, with local pickup arrangements confirmed for the booking. Reef and wreck options are planned according to conditions and participant suitability, rather than guaranteed from the photograph on a service page.

A Dragon House apartment is an optional addition. Choose check-in and check-out separately from the diving date: a one-day experience can sit within a week-long stay, and a multi-day course can have rest days around it. If accommodation is unavailable, you can continue with the diving booking and use another place to stay.

For courses and multi-day packages, state the complete programme and all requested days in the booking notes. The form selects your first diving date or a flexible date during your stay; it does not automatically schedule every training dive. Contact us first if your plan depends on a named wreck, an evening trip or a particular course timetable.

The remaining diving balance is paid separately. If accommodation is unavailable, you can still book diving.
