Room price and booking
THB 850 per room per night
Minimum stay: two nights. Available accommodation is paid in full at checkout. Select independent check-in and check-out dates in the full booking form.
You can take a one-day Try Dive and stay for a week, or leave your diving date flexible during your stay. If an apartment is unavailable, your diving booking can still continue.

Find us at 333/107 Paniad Chang Road, Moo 9, Pattaya. Check-out is at 11:00. Smoking, durian and marijuana are not permitted in the accommodation.
A private apartment rather than a dive-day room
Dragon House is designed to give you your own living space between diving activities. The apartment facilities include a private kitchen and bathroom, washing machine, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and balcony. That can make a longer course stay or a holiday with non-diving days easier to organise than choosing accommodation only for the nights immediately beside a trip.
A kitchen gives you the option to prepare your own food; a washing machine is useful when travelling for more than a short break. The academy and ground-floor Scuba Shack Coffee provide a convenient base for meeting the team. These are practical features of the stay, rather than a promise of a beach-front location or a resort-style meal plan.
Use the accommodation photo as an illustration of the apartment setting. Room allocation is handled by the team, and the public form does not ask you to choose a room number. If you have a specific access or accommodation requirement, discuss it before paying so suitability can be checked.
One dive day, seven nights or a flexible diving plan
Diving dates and room dates are separate in the booking form. You might check in for seven nights and choose only one Try Dive day, stay around a multi-day PADI course or leave the diving date open during your stay. Select the option that matches your plan instead of making the accommodation dates imitate the dive schedule.
The direct website room price is THB 850 per room per night, with a minimum of two nights. Seven nights therefore cost THB 5,950. With one THB 900 diving deposit, the amount paid at checkout would be THB 6,850 when that room stay is available. The remaining diving balance is payable separately according to the experience selected.
If a room is unavailable for the dates, the diving booking can still proceed without a room charge. You can then choose other accommodation. Flexible diving means arranging the final date with the team within the stay; it does not mean an unlimited number of dives or automatic inclusion of extra diving days.
Preparing for arrival and living at Dragon House
Send your arrival plans so check-in arrangements can be provided. The apartment base and Bali Hai Pier are different locations, and a boat departure should be planned using your trip instructions rather than simply waiting downstairs. Check-out is at 11:00; discuss any additional arrangements with the team in advance.
Dragon House has a no-smoking policy, and durian and marijuana are not permitted. Respect the apartment, neighbours and shared areas during your stay. If something is not working, contact the team promptly so the issue can be understood and addressed while you are there.
For a longer stay or a course pathway, ask about the available dates before booking travel. The website rate shown here relates to the selected direct stay; separate platform offers or individually agreed long-stay arrangements should be discussed as their own booking terms.
