Payment and accommodation
The website diving payment is THB 900 per diver as a deposit against the selected experience. The remaining diving balance is separate. Available Dragon House accommodation is THB 850 per room per night, has a two-night minimum and is paid in full. Room dates can be different from the diving dates, and diving can continue without a room booking if accommodation is unavailable.
Prepare for the selected activity
Check the dates and participant details in your confirmation. Send your certification and recent experience where required, plus equipment needs and your pickup location. Course eligibility and participation requirements still apply after payment. The academy at Dragon House and the regular boat meeting point at Bali Hai Pier are different locations; follow your booking instructions.
If payment or plans are uncertain
Avoid paying again while you are unsure whether an earlier checkout succeeded. Contact the team with the booking reference so the status can be checked. An unpaid checkout can expire without confirming a reservation. If you need to change the programme or dates after payment, discuss the existing booking rather than assume editing a new form changes it.
