Wreck Diving in Pattaya: Plan Your Trip

Choose a guided wreck trip or structured wreck training, and match the plan to the diving you are ready to do.

Plan your diving

Two different reasons to book

You may want to see a wreck on a guided fun dive, or you may want to develop wreck-diving skills through a course. These are different bookings. A fun dive follows the agreed recreational trip plan; a course has its own learning, practice and assessment requirements.

Explain your goal before choosing a product. That helps the instructor or guide recommend the appropriate next step and avoids treating a photograph of a wreck as a complete description of a dive.

Pattaya wreck opportunities

HTMS Kutt and HTMS Kram feature in Pattaya wreck-diving plans. They are separate sites, and a request for one should be discussed when your trip is arranged. Hardeep is associated with the Samae San area and involves a different trip arrangement; it is not an automatic addition to a departure from Bali Hai.

Named sites remain subject to the boat schedule, weather and diver suitability. We can discuss an alternative plan when a preferred site is not appropriate.

How we assess the requested trip

Share your qualification, recent dive history and experience of similar conditions. Include your last-dive date, rather than only sending a certification card. The team will consider the planned route and depth together with the conditions and the divers taking part.

A guided visit does not automatically include penetration. Tell us if entering a wreck is your intention so the activity can be discussed separately.

Your next step

Compare our certified fun-diving options if you want a guided day at sea. Choose the Wreck Diver course if your goal is structured training. Advanced Open Water and other specialties may also be relevant to your progression, depending on your existing qualification and experience.

For a longer holiday, plan several days rather than relying on one date for a particular site. You can add an optional Dragon House stay and keep the accommodation dates separate from the diving schedule.
