Stripe handles website checkout. After paying, the secure return page checks the payment and displays the booking result. This preview does not indicate that a payment has been made.
Questions about a payment
Contact the team with your booking reference if you are unsure of the result. Do not share card details in an enquiry or chat.
Plan your visit
Choose your experience and dates, then continue to the full booking form for optional accommodation and secure payment. Diving deposits are THB 900 per person. Available room stays are THB 850 per night and paid in full.
The remaining diving balance is paid separately. If accommodation is unavailable, you can still book diving.

The payment-status screen linked from your checkout is the place to check that transaction. A generic draft information page is not proof that payment has succeeded. Keep the booking reference and contact Copperband if the status is unclear; do not submit a second payment simply because you have returned to the website.
