Use this checklist when browsing Copperband’s shop, especially if you are ordering equipment for a course or an upcoming trip.

Choose the exact product option

Where a product offers variants, select the size, colour or other option before comparing the final price. A price range can cover different versions. Read the selected model name and description as well as looking at the photographs.

Check the complete package

Is the listing for a single component or a set?

Which accessories are explicitly included?

Are additional parts required for your intended configuration?

Does the selected variant match your measurements and connection requirements?

Is there a specification you need clarified before ordering?

Help with sizing and compatibility

For masks and fins, start with the fit guide. For suits, use the wetsuit and rash guard guide. BCD size and regulator compatibility need their own checks: read the BCD guide and regulator guide.

Product descriptions and manufacturer charts should guide the final selection. If a measurement or connection is unclear, ask before choosing an alternative. Similar-looking models can have different included components.

Planning around a trip or course

If you need equipment for a specific date, contact the team with the product link, selected options, destination and required date. Ask us to confirm the delivery or collection arrangement and any applicable charges before relying on a particular arrival time. Do not assume that a catalogue listing guarantees immediate dispatch.

Warranty, returns and product questions

Ask for the applicable warranty and returns information for the exact item before purchase, including how to request help after delivery. Keep your order confirmation and product details. If an item arrives damaged or differs from the order, contact the team promptly with your order reference and photographs so the issue can be reviewed.

Contact Copperband

Call +66 63 205 0552 or use our contact page.
